Intervenu entre le Canada, ses provinces et territoires, et l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et ses membres en octobre 2016, l\u2019AECG touche \u00e0 tous les aspects du commerce entre les parties, y compris l\u2019import-export, les march\u00e9s publics, les services financiers, professionnels, investisseurs, etc. En attendant sa parfaite ratification des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019Atlantique, l\u2019application provisoire r\u00e9duit sensiblement plusieurs tarifs douaniers sur un large \u00e9ventail de produits \u00e9chang\u00e9s entre le Canada et l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. Le trait\u00e9 contient aussi plusieurs dispositions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat aux investisseurs et autres commerces, visant \u00e0 assurer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre canadiens et europ\u00e9ens, qui entrent aussi en vigueur de fa\u00e7on provisoire d\u00e8s maintenant.
