Het seminarie gaat door in onze kantoren, Kunstlaan 46, 6de verdieping te 1000 Brussel.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0ba7e0;\"><strong>VERGEET DE ULTIMATE BENEFICIAL OWNER NIET TE REGISTREREN IN HET UBO-REGISTER<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ten laatste op 30 september 2019 moeten alle Belgische vennootschappen (rechtspersonen gevestigd in Belgi\u00eb), van de kleinste tot de grootste, hun beneficial owners registreren in het Ultimate Beneficial Owner register (\u2018<strong>UBO register\u2019<\/strong>). De UBO-verplichting is gebaseerd op de wet van 18 september 2017 tot voorkoming van het witwassen van geld en de financiering van terrorisme en tot beperking van het gebruik van contanten.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0ba7e0;\"><strong>SEMINARIE: NIEUWE WET VAN TOEPASSING OP ALLE B2B-VERHOUDINGEN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3e403f;\"><strong>18 september 2019 van 18.30 tot 20.30u<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>De Belgische wetgever heeft een lijst met zwarte en grijze clausules en een nieuw concept van economische afhankelijkheid ge\u00efntroduceerd om het economisch en juridisch evenwicht te herstellen in B2B-verhoudingen. Een belangrijk gevolg is een bijkomende onderhandelingsmacht voor de economisch zwakkere partij.
