FLINN’s Belgian lawyers are admitted to practise as lawyers within Belgium. Both the French Bars and the Dutch Bars provide professional indemnity insurance coverage to practitioners. The details of our professional indemnity insurance are included in the terms of our retainer letter, a standard example of which may be obtained on request.
