SANTÉ FOREVER came into being as an art project in Brussels during the summer of 2021. Marlies De Clerck invited 9 fellow artists to create a design for the top of a beer mat. The 10 resulting circular printed artworks were distributed in 10 iconic Brussels cafés. One artist per location – challenging the visitor to take an artistic ‘bar-hop’ around Brussels.
SANTÉ FOREVER invites you to meet spontaneously to celebrate both big and small things together now and in the future.
“Santé” – not just in the moment but with the extension – “Forever“;
